I've been offline with migraines the last couple of days, but I did e-mail Mike about the issue of people who received Fusion items substituted for MaxxFusion items we were out of stock of at the time.
Everyone was supposed to have been notified beforehandand given the option of waiting until the ordered itekms were in stock OR receiving the Fusion version as a substitute, and the price difference was supposed to have been credited to them.
But obviously at least some orders were not properly handled, and for that we apologize. Anyone who is unhappy with how their substitutions were handled, or unhappy with the substituted items is free to exchange their substitutions for the MaxxFusion version now that we are back in stock on them. Or, if you don't want to go through the hassle of an exchange, we will offer you 20% off on your next order.
