werid... i made it really tight and now its 1.2 ohms and 3.6 volts... and i havent even cap the tank i was just testing putting a little juice on the coil and wick and it was already splitting

are there any other easier tanks out there to use that doesnt have this issue?

also i noticed most people got a plastic drip tip.. mine is steel white.. werid

Can you post pics of your tank? The tip should be plastic! You sure it's the real deal?

posted pics on this page hi im new... need help | E-Cigarette Forum

i rewicked twice today... still cant seem to get it...

1 time i rewicked with lesser cotton than the picture posted.. worked for abit if i vaped at 12watts.. and after the juice reaches half way of the holes on the rba .. the spitting returns..

2 time i rewicked it again trying to make it tight in the coils this time.. seems to be better a little but sometimes a single pop or crackling sound..

well i bought it from a neighbouring country ( its illegal in my country ) and sneaked it into mine =p ... not even sure if its authentic but according to the sales person it is..

Ifl get the occasional pop with my istick, those things don't seem very consistent.. She. I say tight on mean as tight as I could get it, and I'm using 28,g twisted with about 8or 9 wraps on 2m I think, having a thinner coil and making more wraps seemed to help, with a wider coil or anything less then 6 wraps just caused spitting for me

I had some spitting on my mini at first, but I had heard speculation that it's actually a situation of too little power, where the liquid isn't getting vaporized quickly enough, so I popped my settings up about 10 watts and no more spits.

Is this with the newer rba your using or the pre built coils? If the rba what build do you have?

I've got the latest versions of both the RBA and OCC coils (the vertical ones) with the expanded juice holes and whatnot. I've built my RBA but haven't actually used it yet, so I don't know if it spits. The spitting I had was on the vertical OCC, the .5 one. I did get a little spitting on the 1.2, but the liquid itself wasn't hot, so it didn't bother me.

Hello

Anybody else having this issue? I've just got my subtank mini and tried rebuilding with the rba, 28g twisted kanthal tried 5/6 &7 wraps around 2.5 and 3mm, also tried varying the amount of cotton and all I get is spitting hot liquid in my mouth. I'm unsure as this build works great in my kayfun and its never had any issues, looking around on the internet there isn't much about the new chamber with the large wick holes. Has anybody got a good build on this Atty with a 28g build?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Lower the coils to the airhole

have the same problem with my subtank. tried a 3.5 mm coil 6 turns 28 gauge kenthal with as much rayon wick as I could force thru it and it still spits. the tank is now collecting dust with other tanks and mods that did not work as expected. my orchid V4 works great and gives me better flavor. with proper wicking does not leak. just have not found a way to build the subtank rba that works without spitting

Try a smaller diameter coil, something like 2m and a few more wraps.. It's the only way I got the spitting to stop and don't have the patience to attempt any more coils on this because I have the same problem, I have 28 guage twisted, 2m and about 7/8 wraps..

thank you. I tried everything from a 2mm coil on up. I am using 50/50 pg/vg juice and the smaller coils did not give me enough wick to seal the juice holes.really don't like finicky tanks so i'm just using a different tank thats easier to build.I have not found a kanger tank I like since the protank 2

I found with the wick I got better results if I push the cotton down like I was wicking my kayfun by wicking it like the holes don't exist and it was little juice channels, then just push the wick out sonyou have an upside down U shaped wick

thank you. that ideal worked. using 6 turns 28 gauge and packing the wick like with a kayfun stopped the spitting I can now use my subtank. once again thanks for the advice

No problem, also letting the tank sit for a good 10 mins seemed to make a difference than vaping as soon as I put the tank on
