I'm using the original rba section with a twisted wire vertical build and I'm getting tons of heat up through my tank.
.5 ohm 26g twisted tight in a drill. Ordinary A1 kanthal.
27 watts at 3.8 volts
Is my build just holding that much heat? Should I try a thinner gauge wire?
i usually run mine around 20 watts.. any higher and vape is just way too hot. ive found that a basic 5 wrap around the little blue screwdriver 26g spaced coil @.5Ω works best for me with the subtank
I re-wicked this build a little better and now it's great. Chain vaping with up to 100% vg juice! Gets a little warm(not like it was) but my build is way too high up also I noticed. Once I get this build to perfect I'll post some pictures up. I've never had such an awesome vape on a STM!!!
