I have heard kanger revised the rba with big ol holes in it. Any idea where to find em? Also, the new ready made occ VERTICLE coil? I am about to place an order for the subtank plus and I have 2 minis but would prefer to get the newest stuff along with it rather than having to buy it seperate and ending up with more outdated gear. Help is appreciated!!!!

VapnFagan said the new RBA deck is garbage, which makes me sad because I was excited, got tired of cutting myself on those threads just because the bottom or top wouldn't budge.

These threads lock when you put pressure on them. The Kayfun V4 has a similar thing going. I've also seen this kind of threading on a few mech mod switches. I think sometimes this is done on purpose so you can open and close your locking mechanism without unthreading the switch base. The secret is the same for getting out of a chinese handcuff. You have to put VERY little pressure when gripping, and turn super slow/lightly, and it starts rotating surprisingly easy as if it wasn't ever locked in place. It's really an astonishing phenomena.

Also the new RBA section will be great for verticals because you can simply mindlessly stuff cotton in there. Where it gets annoying is when you want to do a traditional wick. Knowing how much to stuff and leave coming out of the wick holes will be a thing you need to get a feel for. For instance, if you leave too much or pack it outward too much, it can choke theoretically, if you leave too little and cut it flush off, it can backout on you once the wick settles and compresses. When that happens, the chamber will flood with juice.

The new deck will be better for more experienced builders that look for higher wicking capacity, but at the same time add a degree of difficulty that is inherent with the design.

To the topic creator: These new decks should be going on for sale by the middle of the month i've read somewhere last night that I can't seem to remember where.

I also was told to not take the top off the chimney before you get the chimney off the base and so far it is making the removal easy as pie each time. Has to do with how easily the chimney gets distorted. Give it a shot next time, see if it helps :)

too late I got angry, dented the rba and messed up my airflow control, I probably won't shell out the caps to fix it either, RTA's have been just a pain for me sadly, seems like problem after problem and I just can"t afford it, going to just take a shot at rda's buy cheap clones, if they break oh well buy another, thank you though

I understand your frustration, but because it didn't work out for you doesn't mean that it's bad. I love it, but it took some trial and error to make it not flood. But once I figured it out, it works amazingly. It feeds great on anything between 50/50 and max vg with the same wick.

I prefer the Nano. I think it looks very nice without that nasty cage that air bubbles get between the cage and the glass.

I wrote a post "experienced Vaper. As I said in that threadvi haven't been able to find yet. I wrap the coils for my OCC heads. Wrapping a horizontal coil is very easy (stupid simple as I say.

Wrap the coil
Pass the coil through the top hole.
Line up the coil with the holes on the side.
Pass the blue screwdriver through the coil.
This anchors the coil in place so the coil
Is not too high of low.
Fold one of the leads over the notch.
Check the coil to make sure it is centered.
Insert the grommet in the bottom
Insert the positive connection.
Check to make sure the coil is still centered.
Gently remove the screwdriver and check the coil placement.
Gently insert the cotton in the coil. If the coil has moved to one side gentlt movr the coil from the housing.

Clip leads as close as possible and you have a brand new coil.

Sometimes I gently remove and replace the cotton with no need to wrap a new coil.

I have bought the Zephyrus tsnk with RBA and top filled.

The RBA I. The Subtank Mini is garbage. Posts too close to the walls in Subtank Mini.

I have also bought two RDA'S

The Magma &
A clone of the Veritas.
