subtle flavors

After several months of vaping, I have not had much luck with finding a juice that I really like. After buying a KGO - using good carts - I find the juice that I thought were OK are far too strong. I am reaching for my Volt because the juice seems to taste better in their blank cartos, but find some juice still a little strong. I also have an EGO that I use for testing juice and I like that the flavor is not as strong. My KGO has been collecting dust and I have have yet to take the second battery of my starter kit out of it's wrapper. Is there a vendor that has juice with very subtle flavor for fruit and tobacco flavors without tasting like chemicals? Copper Creek House Blend is OK and not as strong a flavor but I am not really loving it. I seem to somewhat like, to my surprise, juice flavors, but they are all too strong to vape all day. I always thought I would like tobacco flavors the best, but so far none has impressed me. Yes, I have steeped everything - up to a month. Thanks!

What kind of atomizer or cartomizer are you using on Kgo? Kgo is just a battery, same voltage as standard KR808D-1 and V4L, only a smidge .1 volt stronger than Volt styyle KR808D-1. So your problem with it must be in what you are putting on it Like if you are using dual coils you are getting double 3ohm vapor as opposed to single coil 2.6 ohm vapor off the Volt. If you are using 2 ohm or lower single coil on Kgo then you are getting hotter vapor and stronger hit off the Kgo.

My all-day "tobacco" has almost no tobacco flavor - V4L WOWbacco which is a cocoa tobacco with what I think is a fairly mild taste and a slightly smoky cocoa aroma.

Somewhere out there
I would just add some plain PG/VG to tone down the flavors. I keep a bottle handy to add a few drops or add to steeped juice that got stronger than expected. That way you can make it as weak as you want. I just tried some Bounty Hunter, I like it, not very tobacco, much more subtle but has a nice taste. I thought Copper Creek House Blend was tasty but too weak for me on flavor. I would prefer it stronger, I really like their Twisted Tobacco, so everyone has their tastes :) Have you tried Ms T's yet? Her strawberry shortcake is awesome. bnrk

One thing that you may be discovering is that your sense of taste may be returning. This may be causing you to feel flavors you originally enjoyed are too strong for you now. One thing that I would suggest is to take a more neutral flavor, like waffles or rice krispity and mixing it with the fruit flavors you like.

Johnson Creek has a very mild subtle tobacco flavor “menthol” that’s very good. The “menthol” is so subtle I thought it was miss marked as they check a box on the label. This is the closest I have had to something like a cig. though very mild.
Surprisingly many non menthol smokers like Menthol liquid! :smokie:
I have already had enough tobacco taste that I don't look for it.

Pina Colada, Vanilla & Dreamsicle are subtle.

Pear is a very light fruit flavor. It's one of my three all day vapes. It would also mix well with a lot of other flavors. I DIY using TPA flavorings so can't give you a vendor to buy premade, but I would think most any premade pear would be acceptable.

You might also consider DIY. If you just made an unflavored nic/pg/vg juice, you could use it to cut the flavor of the premades you already have without changing the nic percentage. TPA sells very good flavorings at a very reasonable cost. You can also buy PG and VG there, or pick up some VG from your Walmart or pharmacy. High Desert sells small quantities of RTS nic liquid at a reasonable cost.

When I have strong flavoured juices that I prefer weaker, I cut them with nic loaded PG or VG to taste. This way I can also play with the nic levels and add or remove some to taste and TH.

Now regarding Copper Creek, I've just ordered my second batch. 6 flavours in all. Although I loved my initial order of House Blend which triggered me to order more, I'm extremely disappointed with all my juices. Now don't get me wrong, all the flavours have a nice smell, but I can't seem to taste any of them... They seem to be super super SUPER weak ! (did I mention "super weak")

I've steeped them for a week so far and they are still flavourless... I've read in another forum that they need 3-4 weeks steeping so I'll give them a bit more time and update this thread later after a month steeping.

Subtle flavors...hmmm...jasmine from freedomsmokeusa when you don't want an in-you-face flavor. Very light and is actually very good.

Someone mentioned DK-Tab. I vape it at 6V. The higher the voltage with dk, the stronger the flavor is...please keep this in mind. At 3.7V, it would be okay. Dekang's 3&5 is another one that's light at lower voltages.

V4L's No. 7 is a good light tobacco flavor. Similar to 555 but not a strong nutty flavor. Very light on the nutty and tobacco flavor and is also really good.

Because I left a bad message regarding Copper Creek a while back, I would like to add that I ordered a third batch and it was back to normal. I've ordered a fourth batch not long ago.
My favourite tobacco flavour currently is Pink Spot Alberberry. I dilute it with home mixed plain nic juice until I get the flavour to my taste.
I would also recommend DIY but as with off the shelf juices, you need to let it steep and do multiple batches to test juices. I recommend anyone DIY, to write down every batch and exact details onto a spreadsheet to be able to recreate it!!! In the beginning I managed to create good juices but forgot to write down the exact details, took me a while to find my own recipes and recreate the ones I liked.
