I may be alone in my experience, but other juices have been harsher for me, as far as throat hit, than SubZero with the same nicotine content. For example, I have a 30ml bottle of SubZero at 18mg. It was the first eliquid that I tried. I tried Tribeca and CoolMist at 24mg just to test the waters, but they were waayy too harsh. I then got some Malibu at 18mg, but it destroys my throat. Even after letting it steep for about a month. I mixed some SubZero in with the Malibu and it doesn't hit so hard anymore, which is good.

I assumed that once you found a nicotine level that you were comfortable with, it would be the same across the board. Maybe the coolness of SubZero disguises some of the throat hit? Idk.

I guess my question is, does anyone else have certain juices that they can vape at higher nic contents, and does anyone else experience this with SubZero, or is it just me?

If I recall you're an ex-newport person, and if you are, then yes... the intensity (from my point of taste) of subzero would easily provide that smoothness for you.

I can easily see how it does this.
Ex-kool smoker but they're about the same. And once again, it makes sense.
We do know that all Halo's eliquid is minimum 51% PG.

I'm guessing the cooling menthol effect is masking the throat hit, SubZero has 3x the menthol. That's why I liked menthol analogs- it made the smoke easier to ingest.
Okay, gotcha. That's kind of what I was thinking. I'll probably be mixing SubZero with this Malibu until I get rid of it.

I couldn't agree with this more. I relate to this 10,000%. Okay, okay, I know you can't do anything more than 100%, but I'm too lazy and entertained to delete those extra zeros. But yeah, that is precisely why Camel Crush ended up bring the only analog I could smoke: the menthol covered up the literal burning taste.

Even with vaping, I vaped nothing but SubZero for months, and the first time I went back to Tribeca after that time, I ALWAYS thought there was something wrong with it. My brain told me it was too warm in my throat, but lacked any flavor, at the same time. But slowly, the more I vaped it the more it clicked in my head that SubZero's blizzard to the throat masks the classic "throat hit" feeling.

So now I purposely separate my vaping with my commute to and from work... an hour on the train, then SubZero at work (so I don't jump through the window and buy a pack of smokes). Then after the hour on the train back home, I try not to touch the SubZero and just use Tribeca, Midnight Apple, etc.

Edit: hmm, I seem to have left out my weekends in my finely crafted plan. That's private!

Is halo the only vendor that doesn't give out ratios...seems all the other companies I've tried either give you them or let's you choose them. Not .....ing but just curious

They are very hush hush.

The business model is apparently working, just like their products.

I can think of 2 others large juice vendors that dont tell you their specific PG/VG ratio, with the exception they do imply it on their few PG free juices.

Dangit and I was so curious about your weekend plans. :p

When I first started Sub-Zero, Menthol Ice/Mystic and Kringle's Curse were my 3 flavors I rotated in the day. Now Tribeca has taken over for me. :)
