its a reservoir juice that you screw yer atty to it and it feeds as you suck on it! think of bottom feeding but instead of squeezing the bottle you draw from the container. 
I have a question. Does the atomizer only draw from the tank? I'm curious because I'm thinking of making something like this.

nah! i gave up on it right after the E2's came out. I kinda gave up on modding. have a dozen of those pillfobs that are now good for nothing. saw you came up with some great stuff.
