V2 and V4L sell basically the same thing... KR808D-1 model e-cigs... I've used them both and they are very similar... V4L has many more flavors than V2, but V2 will make custom flavor orders... the prices are about the same, but when you have a coupon code for one of those sites you usually can get a better deal. They both send out newsletters with 3 day sales with some really big discounts. Personally I buy carts from both of those companies (depending what flavor I want), and use the cartridges with all my KR8 batteries (right now I'm using a premium battery, another company that sells similar stuff)... whatever you choose the KR808D-1 is a great model e-cig, just make sure you buy one form one of the bigger companies, because there are cheap rip-off versions out there.
