I am one that will go online and try out the new flavors just because they look 'interesting'. I have a very large amount that don't agree with my tastes. I used to toss them out or put them on the shelf for a month to steep and try again.
A friend of mine makes his own and gave me a suggestion that has me going through the hundreds of mils that I have set aside.
buy a bottle of sweetener and add a few drops to the ones that are not suitable. In a 15 mil bottle I have put in 3-4 drops and the 30's I have put in 6-8 and it has made a world of difference!

Give it a shot, the sweetener is only about 3 bucks and it has allowed me to salvage a huge amount of flavors that I didn't originally enjoy.
