Suggestions for 18650 box mod with hidden gear?

I want to build a box mod with one 18650 battery, but with the top end gear hidden- so it would be a box with nothing but a drip tip sticking out. I'm thinking the battery and juice would sit side by side inside the box.

Any suggestions on what to use? It has to be leak-proof and ideally hold 3 ml or more.

Yeah, but I think the tank is some sort of proprietary thing.

The problem with recessed tanks or cartos or whatever is if there's a leak to the connector. Your connector is recessed. That means a PITA to clean. You have to consider the elements involved in vaping and the proximity of A) Liquid B) Airflow C) Electronics. It is very difficult to balance all these things. We all deal with leaks of some kind at some point. Personally, it would be very disappointing to put forth a lot of effort to design a mod and have it fail. I know first-hand, because some of my build have just not cut the muster. It's a great feeling when everything comes together successfully. I hope you can do it. I'd suggest investigating some bottomfeeder builds and adapt your design in that direction. 6ml bottles can easily be attached to unsealed connectors, then all you need is a switch, atty and batt. That Billet Box is awesome!!!! I just wish it came with the capacity for 18650's and a lower Voltage option (3.7v)

Bottom feeder, that feeds a recessed carto.... easily replaceable parts. and if built right, the battery compartment can be easily isolated from the juice.

Im sure a 6ml/3ml bottle + a carto isn't much longer than a 18650...

There are many bottomfeeders out there....

find a squeeze bottle with a syringe tip, and an unsealed 510 connector, and build the box around that...

you can solder the syringe portion directly to the 510 connector, with enough room for a wire lead.

Study the designs of the Vapeage and the Reo mods, to give you a rough idea for layout.

if you recess the carto, just make sure the well is wide enough so you can comfortable clean it.

SS syringes are a PITA to solder to, still possible so do some research to find how to's so you dont get frustrated mid build.

Revolution V2 from Boge is a cheap (relatively) bottom feeder from Boge. Saw a Busardo review about it. He liked it with some reservations.

I saw that one but am really looking for one with the atty enclosed, or not used. I'm thinking a Nova tank would work well, they're pretty bombproof and don't leak. Not very big though.
