Hi all recently jumped into DIY and have been thoroughly enjoying myself. However, a couple of the flavors I ordered are giving me problems. There are also some flavors I just recently acquired but would like some advice on. Kindly look through my ingredients list and make some recipe suggestions? Thanks!!

Problem flavors (all TFA):
-Caramel Cappucino (I like the really strong coffee, but it is rather hard to tone down)
-RY4 Double (I am getting something good with AP and brown sugar but it is a little too 'burnt', especially with Banana nut bread which I was hoping would combine well. How can I bring out the nuttiness and lose the burnt?)
-Hazelnut Praline (Really strong and so far completely useless)
-English Toffee (This lacks a sweetness I was hoping for)
-Egg Nog

Flavors I'd just like suggestions for:

TFA:
-Vanilla Cupcake (Ok, its good, but it's missing something... I really have no idea what)
-Sweet Cream (Blend buttery flavors? Don't think I have any butter flavors besides this)
-Banana Nut Bread (I reaally like this one, and want all good recipes!)
-Gingerbread (Haven't tried it yet, but it smells a little more spicy than what I was thinking. Maybe I should have gone with gingerbread cookie. What I wanted this for was a dessert vape.)
-Caramel Candy
-Vanilla Swirl
-Champagne
-Pumpkin / Pumpkin Spice (I want a good pumpkin dessert, haven't started working on it yet though.)
-Berry Crunch/Fruit Circles (I know these can be good but I'm not sure what would go well with them.)

CAP:
-Peanut Butter (This one is interesting.. But hard to master.)
-Double Chocolate (Wow.. I'm not sure where to go with this one. That's a lot of chocolate.)
-Graham Cracker V2 (Got this for use with cheesecake graham crust, any advice?)
-Hazelnut V2
-Glazed Donut (Without going too far from the original flavor, how can I make this better?)
-Raspberry (A little disappointed here, this reminds me too much of a cough syrup, any way to reduce that chemical overtone?)
-Sweet Tangerine (Mmm, I like but I don't know what I'm doing with citrus.)
-Coconut (Oh man, oh man, what can do with this??)

And finally
-LA Vanilla Butternut

What percentage are you using with the ry4d? I've played around with this flavor a little and for me the magic number is 11%. I like it with some added vanilla but haven't tried brown sugar. The AP is strong stuff. I use max one drop per ten ml when I use it. I recently bought inawera ry4 and haven't made any ry4d since. For me the inawera is better.

I attempted to make a pumkin pie a couple of weeks ago. It turned out ok but was missing something. I cheated and fixed it by adding some nicoticket frenilla.

9% pumpkin(tfa)
4% pie crust (fw)
2% Bavarian cream (tfa)
2% whipped cream (tfa)
2%marshmallow (cap)
.5% holiday spice (tfa)

The holiday spice and pumpkin spice from tfa are really strong flavors. I used the holiday spice instead of pumpkin spice to get more of a nutmeg flavor.

I feel your pain on the steep time. I use a crock pot steep method to speed things along but to get the true best flavor from a juice its got to have time. I usually do a four hour crock pot bath at 150 degrees, sample the following day to see if I'm anywhere in the ball park of what I am trying to achieve, then in a box with a lid it goes for atleast a couple of weeks. You've got a lot of good flavors. Just keeping mixing up small batches of flavors that make sense in your head, and dont give up on any of them until thayve had atleast a month to steep

Hot a damn a month huh? I've only a few bottles that have made it that long lol. But they are definitely getting better. And I'm gonna have to try the crock pot method, hadn't thought of that. Also the ry4 was at around 9% in the banana nut bread mix I made. Honestly I would've gone higher but it started to have that burnt taste.
Thanks for the tips!

Here is a pumpkin pie recipe i found a while back, can't remember if it was posted here or somewhere else, but it's a good one right after mixing, and only needs a couple days to be great. These are all tfa flavors.

Pumpkin pie

Pumpkin 6%
pumpkin spice 2%
vanilla custard 4%
Whipped cream 3%
pie crust 2%
brown sugar 3%

Almost forgot, what % did you try the caramel cappucino at?That is a very strong almost overwhelming flavor,i would make it at 1-2 drops per 10ml juice,i would start it at 1 drop first though.I like strong flavors, but at 2 drops it is almost too strong for me.

If you don't have pie crust, apple pie is a good sub. Most apple pie flavors, the apple is weak, and once you mix it with other dominant flavors the apple will get lost but you'll still taste the crust. If you don't have it, try a lil graham cracker. Pumpkin pie on a graham cracker crust sounds delicious
