Suggestions on how to get a Chuck

I posted in Classifieds: I was offered a pink small Chuck

I just don't want to wait a month and I have no idea what the wait time is. I have a friend coming in a week and I'd like one when he gets back.

How hard is it to remove the paint/powdercoat? Is it powdercoat?

I just want a simple polished Big Chuck, no graphics no nothing, I can do my own. I've made my share of mods and have everything to make my own except the famous brass end caps. I may just settle for copper caps and make my own. Then later have the caps made.

If anyone wants to sell let me know.
