I'm looking into getting an rda built more for flavor instead of clouds. My primary use for now will be to try new juices without having to dump out and clean a tank. Maybe I'll get a mech further down the road to slap it on, but for now I have an Innokin iTaste MVP 3 capable of 30 watts and can fire down to 0.4 ohms but I don't necessarily plan to build that low. Needs to be on the cheaper side of things, say, $50 max but I'd like to come in under that. Adjustable airflow is a plus but I can work around that. Capability to do single or dual/quad coils. I'd really like to stick to an authentic if at all possible. Sadly, I live in an area where B&M stores are few and far between and carry mostly outdated technology, so I'll most likely be ordering online.

Thanks in advance folks.

I believe the freakshow & freakshow mini are both around $30. They're supposed to be good on flavor but tend to leak a little bit if you put the coils to far over the bottom airholes. Once you figure it out, which doesn't seem like a big deal, people really like them. I know you want to stay with the authentics, but my little Derringer clone at around $10 or so is a very flavorful atty. Good luck with your search, lot's of good atty's out there.

I use an Igo-W+ for tasting. $10. Single, dual, or quad coil capability. Don't listen to the "need more power" thing. I build around 1 ohm coils with 28g all the time. I also have some 30g to use with my Reo. My Mutation X v3 isn't the best for tasting - flavor is good, but for tasting, it's easier to use my igo as I just put a small piece of cotton under the coil and replace with each flavor.

Adding that I use my RDA's around 20w, so you don't need huge power.

Another Derringer convert here too (I got a $12 Tobeco clone). I really want a Freakshow but after my Magma, I don't like that airflow under the coil cause it leaks like crazy even when filled properly..

If I were in your shoes looking for something cheap to just try out my juices. I would get a clone. A clone of almost anything. Probably cost you about $15 shipped. Cause if its not going to be your daily driver, then don't go all in and spend tons of $$. Save that $$ till you figure out what you actually want to use, save the cheap stuff for when sampling juice.

But, maybe that's just me...
