Ahh ... I could USE some warm weather. 
I'd sit on the back porch - under a ceiling fan - in the evening, with a TALL glass of ice tea and my ecig.

I know what you mean... I'm on the CA coast, too, and the "June Gloom" never seems to go away any more...
(but you couldn't PAY me to live inland!!)
Close all of the shades and sit in the dark. Turn the ceiling fan up so high, it vibrates,
I only have windows on one side, and they face South... so no Ocean Breeze for me... and the place does get a little stuffy...
But I live on the 4th floor so I can leave them open all night, and don't pay for utilities, so my fans are going 24/7 during the warm weather!!

One thing nice about living near the coast is that it's usually about 20 degrees cooler here than it is Downtown/Inland!!
Hmmm, someone is gonna run away with this one.... What else to do but crank up the AC and post on ECF!!!
Actually, we had a bit of rain and it cooled things off a bit this evening. I heard there was some wild weather in Connecticut tonight.
I either stay in my room in the AC, or if my mother complains about electricity bills, I chew on frozen raspberries while hanging out in my pool. Damn heatwaves.
