Waterproof bottom weighted so it always floats upright. 18650 powered with 3ml genesis tank atty. At last a Marine Grade PV for the outdoorsman. Just have to design the one way check valves for air intake and drip tip to keep water out of the juice........diluted nic juice is just as bad as a watered down beer. Lol.

Hmmm... That's a good idea. Call me a chicken, but I think the last place I would want my PV is floating in the pool next to me. There's too many "what ifs" I'm .... about my stuff the way it is and I would be very wary of getting water in or on any PV

To be safe such thing has to be hermetically sealed and button has to be hermetic. If not, there is risk of short, particularly with salty water. Even if no short, corrosion will eat eletrical parts.

Bad thing about a waterproof mod is if by some freak chance the battery goes terminal , you got your self a hand grenade. Designing a plug to blow out at a low pressure might be a good solution.
