I have a question for everyone who ordered with the coupon code summersale! Did any of you get the shipping confirmation? I ordered on thursday nite and still nothing.... this is quite abnormal for V4L.. they are usually really quick.

To be honest normally I wouldn't care (I do have a stock pile of supply) but this time it's for a friend who's trying to quit smoking.... so I'd rather get it to him faster

Nope....been looking for mine since this my first PV...and a friend is ordering hers from there too based on my research. Going on a trip Friday night and was hoping to have this....we shall see....but, maybe it is a computer glitch or something.

I wouldn't worry about your orders. Chances are the crew got quite a few orders between Thursday and Friday, and they pack them up first come - first serve.

They don't usually work weekends though, and even if they did, they wouldn't be shipping until tomorrow at the earliest since the post office is closed

I noticed that I usually don't get my shipping notifications until the package is being picked up, so you will most likely get it tomorrow evening depending on where you are in the queue

Usually the packages arrive quickly as long as the USPS doesn't mess things up by sending it the 'scenic route'

^^^Agreed. I'm one of those orders. It's safe to assume they got slammed. I got a shipping notice from V4L but the USPS website says nothing...as usual!

I've had a couple packages delivered in the past where USPS never even bothered to update It went from 'shipping notification received' to 'delivered' with nothing in between.

ya I was just hoping to get it to him on his bday which is this coming weekend! Normally it takes a week for V4L orders to get to Canada (sometimes less) that's y I was so happy there's a sale!

I ordered thursday night as well. Got shipped confirmation friday night but, it found its way to my spam folder for some reason, you may want to check there too..

I believe sometimes what we order, makes a difference on when it gets shipped out though. Usually my items get shipped out nextday but, when one of my order included the leaford lanyard, it didn't ship out right away, which I knew may happen since some of their items on site do have ship out dates of 1-2 days.. Perhaps that could also be why you haven't received the email yet...

I ordered Friday evening and just got an email saying my order has been shipped!!! YAY!!! This is my first PV!!!!

Ordered late Saturday night and received my shipping confirmation today, as expected. Everything will arrive to me on Wednesday (always two days to CA). I give V4L credit for being so boringly reliable during the past five months.

I know they're down 2 CS reps so that might be the reason for the lack of response although I doubt it's holding up shipping. I'd just keep trying. They have the best CS out there. They're just a bit short handed right now.

I order Thursday when the sale begin, and got it Monday,,,I got to say V4L love my mail lady they do ROCK,,, Thanks V4L for getting my order out, She is getting a surprize in the mail for her today. I always leave something once in awhile for her. I always do something on christmas.
Got another order they will be here today or tomorrow.
