Contact V4L and see if they can put a trace on it.

Also, call or go back to the Post Office and ask to speak to a supervisor, and let him know that USPS 1-800 confirmed it was there for pick up. I am willing to bet a pack of cartos that it's sitting in that building.

If the supervisor can't locate it, ask to speak to the next person up.

Then ask for a customer complaint card and get everyone's name.

It never ceases to amaze me how quickly packages are located when I start asking for people's names.

The package was confirmed for pick-up from V4L, but it seems to show that either it wasn't picked up, or is still sitting in the truck it was picked up in, a week ago. USPS isn't even showing it as "on its way". No movement at all. I am really perplexed. And angry. I wants my rainbow of juices!

Rich talked to Melanie yesterday, she told him to call again if it didn't arrive today. He did so, but had to leave a message, so we're still waiting for that to come back, so...

Maybe tomorrow we'll call around again and see what we can turn up. This is just weird.

Did I mention I wants my juice?

ETA: This is a whole new meaning for "Where's Da juice?" !

That really sucks. Mine is not showing up, either...and I ordered Sunday night. I hope the Post Office didn't decide to go on break without telling America!!!

Oh...and the contact email on their web site is monitored really well. If you need to press this with the Post Office, it's sometimes good to be able to show them email exchanges with the company.

I feel for you...but that juice is going to taste 10 times more awesome once you get it! :D

We haven't gotten our package yet. We ordered last Thursday (six days ago) and it still hasn't arrived.

A quick phone call confirmed that V4L sent our package out before the weekend, and USPS tracking is telling us *nothing*. Nothing, as in, it still says the package is slated for pick-up from V4L, and that's it.

So for now we're trying to stretch out the last of the Smilin' and CMF, but... That does nothing to dissipate my anger over the mail being problematic.

So please tell me your USPS horror stories so that I know it could be worse.

And if you have any hints on how to make it get here faster, they would be appreciated as well. Voodoo doesn't work, apparently.
I am in the same boat. I ordered on Sunday and according to their website the shipping info was received on 3/9 at 7:58am and that it. My last order got here in 2 days. If there is no update by the morning am going to email customer service to see if they know whats going on. I will also call the post office to see what they have to say for themselves.
