Sun Vapes Battery Cancellation Issues

Hi guys,
So I am in a very sticky situation and with not a lot of time to fix it. I have ordered 2 Sony VTC5's from Sun Vapers today and want to cancel the order. I am in the UK so I can't call them and let them know. I have emailed them twice with no response. Once it is shipped I can't return it because of their "all orders are final" policy. So guys, what should I do, if anyone has any advice it would be much appreciated as I don't know how much time I have until it is shipped

Not sure but maybe you could try opening a support ticket also.

That was two emails, they were in forms of support tickets. Still no response though. Just don't want to waste $30 as I have just realised VTC5's are only 20amp cdr

It's a holiday weekend here in the US. You might not hear back from them until Tuesday, depending on whether they close for holidays or not.

The Post Office will definitely be closed tomorrow so that may help.

go ahead and get them and when you recieve them, sell them to someone near you....

btw ... what are you using that needs more than 20 amps?

You would still be VERY hard pressed to find a better battery.
