I placed two orders over the weekend and tried to cancel one. I ordered an incorrect battery and for the life of me couldn't find a way to contact mad vapes outside of the ticket system, which I did. I explained the situation, asked to cancel it and placed an order for the correct battery. This was Friday night. This afternoon I've not heard anything back on the ticket but got notifications that both orders had shipped. Per the policy on the site, an order can't be returned once it's shipped. Yet I found no way to STOP it from being shipped! Literally no mechanism.
Has anyone had any experience trying to return something to them? I think I just spent twice the money I wanted to.
