Super Cigarette (update on pg 6)

Hi,
I am probably the eBayer she purchased from. If your manual says "Mini" it will not screw into any parts of the "Super". The mini is the model that was having leaking problems with the battery and the atomizer barrel is distinguishingly narrower....far less smoke(although I still see vendors selling them for some heafty prices). Bottom line, the Super and mini are made by the same factory, but will not screw into the chargers or atomizers of each other.

hey everyone! i'm new here and to e-smoking, but i have an npro on the way. i have a question, why do manufacturers tell you to replace the cartridges? it seems to me a waste of money, why not just keep refilling them with liquid? thanks!

Hi, welcome to the forum.

I guess suppliers just like us to pay more for upkeep. The only thing against reusing cartridges is that after a while the filler isn't too good and needs replacing.

njoy cartridges are very expensive, you will save a lot of money by refilling.

Post again and let us know what you think of your ecig when you get it but try to find a more relevant place to post or your comments might get overlooked. ;)

Hi everyone! This is my first time here, and I would like to congratulate everybody here. Sorry about my poor english, I'm from Brazil. I would like to know how many cigarettes is one cartridge of Super Cigarette? I have one here that one cartridge finishes very very fast, it's about 3 or 4 cigarettes similar. I'm having dificulties to buy e-cigarettes here in Brazil because you can't find people selling it.

Hi, folks. Interesting forum you've got going on here.

I (on a recent trip from my home in Boston down to Florida) picked up an e-cig set-up. It's the RN40812A. While a little unpredictable in terms of battery life and smoke output, I'm more or less happy with it.

Here's where it gets weird: I've been running low on cartridges (still haven't got around to tracking down another source), and so I decided to experiment.

I've been dipping a needle into a jar of pure vanilla extract and "recharging" the carts. Seems to work pretty well - smokes and taste fine.

Questions:

Should I be worried about doing this?

Is there a better 'home remedy" out there?

I know I'm not your average camper, and I'd prefer to just have the regular cartridges, but I was in a pinch.

Thoughts?

when i first got my e cig (same one) i thought the atomizer was clogged because it wasnt smoking and soaked it in vodka to clean it and the vodka smoked a bit before i started to taste the liquid (alcohol is the main ingriedient in extracts i belive)

my sugestion is if your trying to find a sub for real smoking get a diffrent e cig the rn408's bat dosnt last long and if your on the go u may find yourself buying cigs when the bat runs out. i recently god the new janty ego the 2 batts last all day and then some. much better smoke and just feels better. i love it

Hello everyone, I've been reading this forum for the past few days and I finally decided to make my first post. I am a (not so proud) owner of a super cigarette. I ordered mine from e-bay and I'm not very satisfied with it. First of all the catridges do not last long and the same goes for the battery as well. I wouldn't mind that if the vapor and taste was good, but unfortunately they're not. One of the most annoying things though is the liquid getting in your mouth, leaving a very unpleasant taste. I guess I could use e-liquid for better flavour and more vapor but I prefer an e-cigarette that just works out of the box with it's own cartridges.

I am now thinking of buying either an Njoy or a Gamucci. I would definetely go for the Njoy without second thoughts if it's cartridges weren't that expensive, they are almost double the price of other brand cartridges.

I also found earlier today about an other brand called Smuke. I checked their site and it looks quite good, the cigarette is quite pricey but they have cheap cartridges and they come in four different flavours. After finding out about them I immediately searched this forum for a review but I couldn't find any, not even one post about this Smuke! Anyway if anyone has ever tried or even heard of this brand please let me know.

Sorry for the first long post guys, this forum has been really helpful and I only wish I found out about it before I bought the super cigarette. I will continue e-smoking and I will share my experiences with you guys.

Thanks for your time,
Michael C.

Micheal,

The problems which you described were a MAJOR problem in the initial Super Cigarette. The new model revision of the RN4081 has practically eliminated the possibility of the solution being "sucked" into the mouth through the cartridge. We do, however, still find that some users have this problem when they add e-juice directly to the cartridge and add WAY too much.

The battery issue is one that should have been immediately resolved by who sold you the kit. Being distributors ourselves, this is a primary reason why we sell every kit with an initial 90 day guarantee. We want to make sure that everyone is happy with their purchase. Yes, we have had to replace a few batteries and a few atomizers but in our opinion, this is just good customer service

The 2 cigs i got were the same, both "Super e-cig" as per the photo at the beginning of this topic, it's just one of the atomizers worked really well, and the other is faulty. However i still have every confidence in the seller, as the service up to now has been spot on, i simply haven't got round to asking for a replacement yet.

As for the flavours i think i'll give the Cherry a go. I was just going to use my existing cartridges when they are dry, and fill those, unless anybody knows where i can get suitable empty ones for the RN4081 ?

Bill,

I am sure that the supplier will replace your bad atomizer for you as that is exactly what it sounds like. Unfortunately it does happen. We find ourselves replacing our customers batteries and atomizers from time to time simply because there is an occasional bad apple in the bunch.

You may also be interested in trying the Cream or RY-4 flavors, they are both very good as well.

There are numerous places here within the US that stock and sell a variety of the cartridges. On the average, you should expect to pay less than $10 for a package of 5 cartridges. Speaking only for ourselves, we sell packages of 5 for $7.99.
