Just wanted to say thanks, I didn't expect my package to arrive so quick (3 DAYS!) especially considering it had so much liquid. I did my first order with you guys and will definitely be back. Everything is awesome, currently getting use the my ViVi's with my Twists and working out the concentrates but other then that I love the juice, I cant wait until I have made enough to let some steep. Otherwise the only issue I seem to be having is with Joytech USB charger with my Ego's sometimes when I connect it the light will just turn green and not charge, I have to constantly unplug and replug until it goes red and starts charging, anyone else have this problem?

Regardless I wanted to thank you for the great service, and talking to newsunshine directly where she really helped me out on Skype and again I am incredibly impressed with the shipping!

As for joyetech USB charger, i am sorry for the problem. perhaps the connection does not work sometimes.
could you try to charge another ego batteries and see whether it happens again?
I wonder it is a problem with the connection between battery and usb charger or the usb port?

The DHL guy was curious cause I was so happy, so I showed him and he said he was going to go to your website when he got home

I've tried it on 3 different Ego Twists batteries (2 650, 1 1000) it does it on all, it's weird if I plug it in sometimes it goes red for 1 minute then it turns green even though I used it the hold day, sometimes it just goes green (but the ego batty light will blink) but it wont charge, and sometimes when it is charging the red will sometimes blink green then go back to red, the only way I can get it to charge is if I keep unplugging it and plugging it back in the USB until it stays red and charges my batteries. I've tried it on different USB and powered USB

I also just realized something as well, for the charger I bought you have these val

*Joye eGo T/eGo C 900mAh battery: 3.5 hours
*Joye eGo T/eGo C 1000mAh battery: 4 hours

This is NOT what I am experiencing with this charger, it takes my 1000mah pretty much all night to charge while my 650's take at least 4-5 hours to fully charge, I think something is wrong and I really hope it's not destroying my batteries

You should stop using it and get HC to replace it. Usually on small items like that they will send you a new one without you having to return the DOA one. Just open a support ticket on their website and reference your order number. The replacement will most likely be sent airmail so it will take you a while to get it. Or if you place another DHL order they will send with your order.

The delivery is really very very fast! I placed my order on 1-st of november and it arrived in our country this morning. But now, as DHL customs are more strict, they want an invoice, that this package is really worth $20 or $25 (whatever HC wrote on the package). This is really frustrating..
