We never think small orders are not worthwhile, because normally small orders are easier to be sorted and packed. Big orders need more time. The more orders the faster products sell. The more orders mean the more customers. From this perspective, it is not wise to say NO to china airmail.
We definitely want more customers and more orders. But we want only happy customers. We do not want our customers to hate us only because airmail can not deliver their orders timely.
Perhaps some customers would understand that the delayed delivery is the fault of china airmail, not the fault of health cabin. But we do not think so, because we provide airmail as a shipping method option on our site means that we think china airmail is ok. we have responsibility to provide a reliable shipping method for customers' choice. When we start to doubt china airmail's work, how can we still recommend it to our customers?
I totally understand Newshine's stand here, I have known Health Cabin for only the last 6 months, and in this short while, I have realised this fact , that HC is a company with the best of business standards, one can imagine , in todays vaping market.
They have always taken care of their customers before thinking of their own profit. And I trust them even more now, after the China airmail episode, they dealt with the issue calmly , professionally and with total justice in favor of their customers. I was one such customer who was affected. I was given a total refund including shipping cost, when my parcel could not be tracked with the promise that if indeed this parcel ever reached me, I should pay them a portion of the total amount..well I kept my part of the promise, when the parcel did reach me after a while, In the meantime, I already placed another order with HC through DHL(with the refunded amount),as I needed e-liquid urgently and it was as swift as a shuttle.
The point is, in this whole deal , Health Cabin was at a loss, not only did they ship my parcel twice, they never received the full payment, because of the delay. And I'm certain this was the case with many more.
So I will forever remember this gesture and admire their business standards, will always trust them with my money, profiting is not their top most priority , it will always be Customer satisfaction before anything else for them.
