Carved1120 DO NOT GIVE UP...it took me almost 2 years to stop,,,,the way i finally did was....i stopped smoking in the house, the car and the truck at work,i had vacation the 1st week of july,so i thought this would be the time to stop,at home no added stress from work..it was hard the 1st few days but each day that went by i told myself..you have never made this far before just keep going,,and low and behold here i am 6 weeks later and do not even want to smoke,,so what i am saying is pick your time hunker down and go for it.but if you do not quit,do not give up just keep trying you will find your time i know it....

ps,,,,keep reading these forums they will give support and a vision for your future smoke free life:vapor:

to ecf wth303 and congrats to you and your wife. Continued success to both of you. vaping is awesome. The only thing that has ever worked for me so I am very grateful too. Look forward to reading more from you. :)

Keep it up! The weeks add up. Next thing you know, you're counting months instead of weeks. Nobody thought I'd quit. Especially not me. Now it's 16 months and counting...
