Had my first ever Miniciggy delivered today and was very disappointed that it was not working. Got in touch with the seller Miniciggy.com. They were extremely quick to reply and are sending me a whole new replacement free of charge. IMHO you can't beat that for an exceptional service.

Hope that doesn't happen to me, I'm waiting for my first e cig kit to arrive and would like it to work from the start. I'm so sick of these analog cigarettes and would like to get off them ASAP!!!!! However is good to know that there is good cs out there when things go wrong.

Just remember: if the first time isn't all you thought it was going to be just be patient and don't give up, e-cig's are the way to go but sometimes you just need to find the right kind/supplier/juice for your own personal bliss. It's all subjective.
I don't recommend Miniciggy.
Tried three times an order with them, over more than a year and every time no 'next day delivery'. Not even next next day - in fact expect to send angry emails to the company and finally get it after 7-9 days! And that's despite a £4 delivery charge!
