It is pretty incredible, I'll agree, and for such a huge place you'll find that the folks here are very kind.

Thanks for your kind words. I think I can speak for all of the staff when I say that they appreciate the acknowledgement when the vast majority of the time their dealings are with folks that are being negative for one reason or another.
