Well, my warm-fuzzy feeling award for this week is for Wordupecig.com. I ordered a 10ml bottle of VG American Spirit Menthol last week, and I received the regular, not the menthol by mistake. No problem. I wasn't upset, but when I posted about how it didn't really taste like menthol, not knowing it was a mistake, they contacted me by PM, and offered a new bottle to make up for it. Yes, THEY contacted me. The original received wasn't bad tasting, just not menthol-tasting.

So they sent me a 3ml bottle of plain menthol to add to the regular American Spirit I received, and a 20ml bottle of American Spirit Menthol as a bonus! How cool is that!!! They reached out to make it right, when I didn't even realize it was an actual error, and added something extra for the trouble. I'm really impressed and will be back for more stuff.

DIYFlavorshack : Dawn is great, I really dont think there is anything i could say about DIY that hasnt been said a million times over on ECF... 1st order,, 2 juices.. and she created a flavor that i "requested" to try, at no charge... The juices them self... one bottle made it about a day.. the other is about half gone and its only made it that long cause im rationing it out like it was water in a post apocalyptic world....

Madvapes : Mark has the best prices on hardware that ive seen while vaping within the past 2 weeks. Had a batt issue with my 510 kit and mark shipped out a new one the next day. I respect a man who's word i can count on. Also i have gotten a couple samples to try... Vanutla cream is in my line up now because of this practice... Mark is also kind enough to "upgrade" my nic content on the fresh apple that i order from him.. which is great.

Nhaler : Only ordered one package from them.. my eGO kit.. and 2 bottles of juice.. Green Tea Lung juice is ....... too many words would fit for a description, so ill just say, its in my line up and more so is my "night time" vape... eGo rocks hard core... and will likely be my PV of choice until i hear more about this janty "baby j".

Bombdropsvapor : Tasty Juices... ordered 5 pack all VG.. 2 of the flavors where a bit understated.. the other 3 where spot on.

Im going to continue trying diff vendors.. but at this time.. DIYflavorshack is my juice supplier.. hands down.... Madvapes for hardware, My economic juice mix comes from here too.. RY4/Vanutla Cream 30ml (x) 2... 60ml total for right around 20.00 and it taste amazing and smells just the same...

Amazing customer service, Beci is always right there when I need him.

My package is usually boxed up and ready to be shipped within an hour. (I know cause I tried to add something once and it was already boxed)

Simply great juice, at VERY reasonable prices.
Doesn't try to overcharge for shipping.

I've ordered over 100 atomizers (I have a HUGE stash of them, ready for the FDA apocalypse) in different lots and never a single DOA. I did pop a lot learning 6V but that's not his fault.

ivapour & ivapour-elixir without a doubt.

I've bought three Janty e-cigs (two for myself) and loads of juice from ivapour and they've usually arrived next morning.

Toby especially packaged a wood effect Jantystick v3 for me as a kit, which he did not have to do and usually sends a free sample-sized bottle of RY4 with hardware orders.

He's speedy with replies - even giving unsolicited advice when purchasing for a relative.

He has twice replaced one particular model I've been having problems with, again next day delivery.

All in all, buying from ivapour is a hassle free experience, there's loads of backup and support and I'd be reluctant to buy from anywhere else now.

I have been happy with Happy Vaper (Jack is always great with CS and making sure you are happy with the products), Madvapes (Hey Hoog is awesome and really seems to care about his customers too), e-liquid planet (I have not gotten any BAD juice from them other than the green tea. Bleh!), Domestic Vapor (First time I have dealt with them, but the shipping was great and products were spot on. They threw in a nice freebie, but that is not why I will be doing more business with them).
