BestEciggy! Extremely Slow SHIPPING and their Juices taste like CRAP! I only lived one state DOWN and it took them 7 Days to get the juice to me! They refused to give me a REFUND! Here are the EMAILS!

Is this truly a deserved advisory?

Came off a little harsh, no? Right there you flat out insulted them, probably forced them into defensive mode, giving you very little future options if any.



We don't give tracking numbers. Usually people will receive order in 2-3 days.
I will see what is up. Don't cuss or curse to me.
If you would like we will refund your $15.
You ordered on the 19th? you expect it when? Today is the 21st, you have another day to wait.

In fact you ordered in the afternoon of the 19th, so you may have an extra day.

The tracking part I don't agree with, I'll give you that. Every company I've dealt with so far uses USPS Priority Mail and all I've been able to track. Looks like he's offered to refund your money.

I don't understand? I did respond to your email when you cussed us out. In fact I saved it so if you did post something bad about us I could show them all your posts to me.

This just stands out. You ordered late afternoon on a Saturday. I've done the same and my items would usually ship out starting on maybe the following Monday or Tuesday. Maybe it's just me but that seems reasonable.

I didn't cuss you out I said "Slow ... Shipping". You are over exaggerating. Your juice is garbage anyways taste like pixy dust medicine. I will be reporting you now for sure so you can go ahead and do whatever.

To some just using the word ... is considered cussing, and just from what I read I would have imagined the same thing. Text is deceptive that way. It does seem like you had your mind made up that the juice was going to taste like garbage even before it got there. I guess what I'm getting at is don't be so quick to jump the gun. Life's way too short bud. Case in point... I ordered an SB late in the game on the 2nd Pre-order. Went full boat, extra atty's, extra batt's and some blanks for the sum of something like $160 or so. I got my initial automated response email's and that was it. About a week and a half down and very close to the ETA ship date I read in the forums that there's some unlucky 15 customers who's chargers were barely coming in. I figured mine was a late one so I sent a private PM asking if the 15 were to be notified by email and I was feeling pretty impatient. Never got a response. Reading the forums again I saw someone state they found their order had shipped by logging in and saw it had. I did the same. 3 Days past the ship date I got mine. Never once got a tracking email or notice stating it had shipped. I'm thinking maybe they got overwhelmed with trying to get the orders out. Lastly no I'm not affiliated or even know Gary/BestECiggy, But i'd still give them a shot.
