Supplies not delivered for 2nd week

I am new and have only ordered from Nothernvapor. My kit came ok and since then I have only received 1 additional package.
Anyone having problems with their deliveries in the GTA East?
I have about 300 dollars lost somewhere between leaving the supplier and my house. I have 3 tracking numbers from canadapost that tells me my 3 packages were delivered but never got here. I dunno what the .... to do as I am new and have no juice. I ended up buying a cartoon of analogs again.

I have been hearing the CP is the problem. The suppliers get it out there fast, but cp seems to be brain dead. have you called with your shipping numbers?

I called and made 2 complaints and they said they will get back to me within 5 business days. Its been 8 days now and nothing.
So I lost my money?
Is there no insurance on xpress post?

as long as you have those tracking numbers Canada post is responsible. atleast thats what I believe. Call back again. They suck at returning calls too. 1 guy here had his package delivered to the wrong address. Keep bugging them.

I really dont want to buy anything online until I start recieving my packages

I think the main ingredients are GlycerinPG, distilled water and liquid nicotine.
I need to find a basic recipe but cant seem to find one.
By the way can I buy liquid nicotine anywhere in toronto?
I know some person said they got the glycerin at walmart and distilled water I can buy. Perhaps a few bunsen burners etc,
