I am a 19 year old Utah resident and e-cigs have saved my life, literally. I have used them not only to overcome my cigarette addiction that has put me in the hospital on life support twice, but also to stay sober from a very serious drug addiction ( currently at 196 days sober).
New legislation has been tacked onto the end of a tobacco bill that will raise the vaping age to 21 and make illegal all online import and export of e-cig products, effectively killing Utah's e-cig market and driving thousands back to analogs.
