I ordered a box of LR Boge cartos from Sure Vapes for my first order from them, just to give them a try. I received the order today but unfortunately I received SR cartos instead of the LR. I emailed their customer support as soon as I opened the package and saw the error. I must mention that by the time I got home from work and opened the package it was starting to get a little late for business hours, well past 6 pm. Within minutes they had emailed me back letting me know another order would be shipping tomorrow with the correct cartos and they even threw in a discount for my next order. I was super mad at first because my mod is not working with SR cartos (always burnt taste) and I have a TON of them already, but they were so quick to fix the problem and generous with the discount for the next order, I am placing another order right away. Just goes to show you that we are all human and we all make mistakes, all that matters is how you try to correct the problems when they happen! Thanks Sure Vapes!
