Man, so I made a small order at SureVapes (which has the best prices ANYONE can find on cartos + free shipping).
- 1 510 adapter, 1 eVod, 1 blunt needle syringe
Nothing much, about $12 bucks or so. I made the mistake of ordering the wrong 510 adapter (I needed a 510 to EGO but ordered a 510 to 510) so I opened a ticket requesting the change.
A few hours later I got a reply telling me that it wasn't a problem at all but that there was a small issue on my credit card. He just ask for some info and the order was cleared
Because of the "trouble" (chris' words, not mine) with the credit card verification, He threw in a small surprise, ANOTHER, FREE, eVod
so I got my order, with the proper adapter (which was my fault), plus a gift valued at about 50% of my total order!
THAT is customer service
I have bought from them a few times before, and would have surely do in the future even without that extra gift, but now I'm locked to those guys as one of go to vendors.
Wish some other vendors I have bought from in the past where half as good.
