I just wanted to write you guys to thank you for all the stellar service you have given me this far. You guys are always quick to ship, and give me prompt responses when I contact you. I also wanted to say that I feel that you guys have made the right move by pulling the Boge XLs (although they are currently what I need) down from the shelves, and acknowledge that there is a problem with the current batches which have been made recently. You are the only vendor which I know of who actually made a move regarding the whole situation. It is definitely worth it to thank you for putting the customers first, despite losing the revenue which you would gain from selling these defective cartos. I placed an order for two vivi novas to hold me over until this whole fiasco is over regarding the cartos. You guys have quickly became my number one go to vendor, and I just figured that I would write you guys to tell you why. It is not only the great prices, service, and free shipping that keeps me coming back. It is that you guys have morals, a good code of ethics, and that you have proven that you only want the best for your customers.
