I was a bit remiss when I received the order of Cartomizers I had ordered for my parents. I took advantage of the Boge 5-box Mix N Match deal. I ordered 5 boxes of XL LR prepunched. What I received was one box of what I ordered and four boxes of non-punched cartos (correct size/resistance). This was on a Friday. I only realized the mistake after opening one of the incorrect cartos.
I sent a message to support at about 7pm. Within an hour I had received a genuinely apologetic response to the polite note I had sent. Chris offered to make the order correct with incentive and provided postage paid return shipping for the unused cartos. What I received was SIX boxes of the correct cartos!! I have, since, packaged the incorrect ones and am shipping tomorrow.
It was an honest mistake. It was attributed to a mis-labelled box. For whatever reason, it's understandable that mistakes happen.
My review is in regards to the reponse to the issue after hours on a Friday when most, as myself, are happy to be done with the work-week and are relaxing or getting ready to go out and unwind. The dialogue that was included was of the greatest regret and the compensation was very generous.
Most vendors would have responded during business hours and at their leisure (possibly days or weeks). Most would have wanted the unused cartos returned at my expense and an exact amount would have been shipped upon receipt. I applaud the regard for customer satisfaction that was show by Chris and the SureVapes crew!
