So they send an email to their customers but don't inform associates and staff?
Interesting.

I feel bad if they really are going toes up.
I bought nic from them when I started DIY. Good vendor IMHO. I recommended them often.
It's sad to see any small business fail.
Especially in this industry.
I never had a single problem with any order from RTD.


However, that said...I hope RTD is smart enough not to try and mislead.


Using GOOB advertising to lure customers is false and misleading according to the FTC and may constitute fraud.
With a mail order business, doing out of state sales and advertising across state lines, this could get really serious.

I would be very cautious about sending an email like that unless you are really going out of business.

The information has not really changed. We will be closing, but I do not have a solid date on when yet.
