How many ml and at what mg strength per day?

This may have already been asked before but I'm doing this to collect more concrete numbers. I use less than 1ml a day of 36mg. It gives me what I want and then I'm good for awhile. I'm seeing a lot of people posting really high numbers and I was wondering what the average actually was and at what strength. The range should be about 0mg to 36mg and the ml should be around 1-ml-7ml.

ml(s) Vaped per Day - Strength (mg)

I've created a complete table in excel and I will post it here at the end of the survey for anyone who wants to see.

Private Survey

Just please post your ml vaped a day and at what strength.
Depending on how this goes I may continue it if people are interested.

EDIT: The reason I am not asking for numbers involving the power used to come to the numbers you have is because the number of combinations of power, ml, and mg would greatly reduce the effectiveness of the survey. Although power makes a big difference in the amount of liquid consumed, it is still a decision that an individual makes on their own, independently, to satisfy their personal preference. That is why I'm not factoring in power.

I want to keep this survey focused on ml and mg numbers; this is because these are the only two variables everyone can find common ground on, consistently. I hope this makes sense.

You can post your power numbers if you want, but I can't promise their will be enough cohesive data at the end of this survey to use them. Thank you for participating!

You have to account for wattage if you want to do it right.

The poll below is old, and it was started WAY before rebuildable atomizers came into fashion...

I have no doubt that massive increase in wattage caused many people to start using way more liquid.

As for me, I still use a 2.0 ohm atomizer at around 9 watts.
And I only go through about 1ml per day of 12mg liquid.

But I was a light smoker, so that has translated into being a light vaper.

I didn't know they sold in 8mg.. Is this a custom setting? My table is going to be massive.. I'm completely OK with that. I like accuracy.

The place that I order my liquid from can make it to what I request. I write in the comments field even after choosing the mg that is closest to what I require. I am dropping my nic content very slowly so my body gets used to the lower nic and doesn't notice any large drops.

To be completely honest, I don't see why the wattage has any bearing on how much liquid you consume and at what strength. I've mulled it over, a few minutes, did the math, and the fact remains; you are using so many ml per day at x strength because that is what you want. How much power is used in the process is up to you, and is controlled by you. Does this make sense? I understand that certain levels of power directly effect the amount of vapor consumed, however, the numbers I'm looking for are total amounts consumed and at what strengths. Therefore, what is used(your personal preference) does not alter the actual numbers I'm looking for. You guys tracking with me? I'm looking for economical and nicotine intake numbers.

I know I'm limited on what I can say about my own Vapor shop so I'll just say this; I have a website that is focusing on ecig facts, articles, studies, reviews, products, FAQs, terms and numbers. Right now I'm trying to get a more realistic feel for how much money is being saved by people using e-cigs. I've spent the last 5 months building this site from sources like the CDC, WHO, FDA and a reference list of over a hundred more. I like facts and truth. That's all I'm after here.

Hmm, this is hard, since the amounts can vary so much for me (qty and strength used varies from day to day, time of day, etc). But I'll take a stab at the average amounts:

Average of 6ml per day

9mg/ml strength

ETA: saw you're looking at the money side (looking for savings over cigarettes). Well, that can vary based on price of juice. I DIY. 6ml/day costs me 10 cents ;)

Your point is well-taken, and you would think it would make sense from a logical standpoint.

I do understand that as wattage goes up so does juice consumption.
Of that much I am certain.

But at the same time, the lower-ohm vapers do seem to reduce their nicotine levels to compensate for that.
So maybe you are right in that nicotine level and juice consumption should be a valid indicator.

I'm looking at nicotine consumption numbers; the intake increase or decrease. I'm also trying to determine if money is actually being saved. I understand the differences in prices and bulk and those numbers I think would be really hard to manage.

I like this poll, but it isn't really helpful to me; did 92 people vape 2-2.5ml a day at 0mg or 36mg? I do like seeing the ml average and that thread is useful. I will have to find time to read through the rest of it at some point.
