I got my SVD via vape mail and was wondering if it takes a flat top battery or a button top battery or maybe even either?

Either should work in single battery configuration. I have button tops in mine because I like them better. Personal preference....
Thank you very much. I received it and had much to do and didn't even get a chance to open it until I got to work last night. I did check here to be sure of which battery to use but didn't have the time to leave my thanks. I used the flat tops saving the buttons for the ProVari.
try to use a battery that has a higher c rating....aw's, orbtronics, something that can pull 5amps easily, especially if u gonna stack 350's....
The problem is is that we assume the known 'quality brands' are going to produce a higher 'C' rating. Coming from an expensive competitive sport (1/8th scale electric offroad RC) 'C' ratings from the manufacturer are no more relaible than the mah ratings are. I have 4s (14.8v) 6500mah batteries that are rated 100C continuous (thats 650A) that don't put out anything near that and batteries rated at 60C that will pull 80C.
