Sweaty palms!

Is it just me or has anyone else been struck with a bad case of sweaty palms sice they started E-cigs? Might be last nights dinner i suppose....

Sweaty palms is often associated with increased heart rate and/or nervousness.

Nicotine does increase heart rate, so there is a chance you might of taken a bigger dose than your body is used to.

You will probably find all sorts of side effects, when I stopped smoking completely and went completely to e-cigs had sore throat, ulcers on my tongue and outbreak of spots to name a few ha-ha !
