Folks, go into the video and hit her with comments. Keep it civil though. She's old and somebody is misguiding her.
Just flagged the vid and submitted a form to YouTube about it. Stating that "this video is presenting false information that is discrediting multiple companies. While freedom of speech is fine, passing false information that misleads others to think a product is dangerous in an attempt to ruin the reputation of an industry is just plain wrong."

How pathetic. I stopped it at 55 seconds. I just can't fathom a group or individual putting this lady up to this, although it doesn't surprise me. I can't imagine that she actually believes what's coming out of her mouth, because she having obvious difficulty reading the script (watch her eyes and notice the stilted pronunciation). This reminds me of videos I've watched of POW's put up in front of a camera to read their confession as part of a propaganda campaign. This is just so sad to use someone like this.

I found nothing "sweet" or "cute" about her. Little and old do not make up for stupid and ignorant.
Of course, I just watched the first 60 seconds. Maybe she doubled her IQ (like Charlie in Flowers For Algernon) and graduated from high school prior to the end of the video.
