I know it's near impossible to clone the "real cigarette tobacco" flavor with juice. But does anyone recommend any juice that is both sweet, and has a hint of good old fashion cigarette tobacco? I'm trying to stick with tobacco like flavors for the time being while I make the transition from analogs to vaping. I've been trying to keep it as analog tasting as I possibly can. It really helps me stay off the analogs. And I have read many post about how you can't quite mimic that analog flavor. But my 555 & Turkish Tobacco flavors both have a tobacco like taste to me. Not quite the same as the Camel Lights I used to smoke. But it comes close enough.

And of course, Merry Christmas to all!

Somewhere out there
I like Halo Prime 15 and Halo Tribeca. Not exactly like an analog but really good and they got me off analogs. I have another favorite I mix and that is Vanilla Swirl a DIY flavor from Perfumers Apprentice and I add a couple drops of Bella Valente also a Halo tobacco flavor. It is a rich warm tobacco flavor, I just love that one. It is strong by itself more of a cigar flavor, but mixed with Vanilla Swirl it is fabulous for me. Love that rich tobacco flavor of Bella Valente. bnrk

You may want to check out Hilton some time spelled Hillington.
It has a nice light tobacco presents with a touch of sweet. :2c:

I'll check it out

Yeah Kind i was going to say 555 as thats what i always vape and nothing else. :)

Yeah, I like the 555. I've tried two different vendors version of it. Can't really say I liked one more than the other. They were a little different, but close and both good. I would like to have a little variety in my arsenal, so I can switch it up and not get burned out with the flavors I got, and god forbid go back to analogs. If I have enough variety, I think it would make this transition go a little more smoothly. Guess you couldn't recommend anything else though? Seeing how that's all you vape?

Kind, Merry Christmas.

You are about to embark on the great "gotta find my daily vape" search. Its a fun learning experience and maybe I can help get you started.

First of all there are a ton of really good juice vendors at ECF. If you look at their threads you'll find lots of very satisfied customers,

Secondly, sweet tobacco taste is subjective. What is sweet to my taste may be something entirely different to you. In other words there are RY4's and then there are RY4's. Hang around...you'll understand.

I'll give you my limited opinion on some places to start:

RY4- tobacco with a sweet caramel? and other flavors. Taste differs from vendor to vendor. Lots of excellent choices out there.

Vermillion River- Kentucky premium blend. Smooth tobacco with a hint of maple. One of my favs.

Backwoods Brew- Very in demand juices, high quality and some are always sold out i.e. RY4 Several high quality tobaccos. I like Casablanca and 555 Exotic= neither is sweet.

Alien Visions- no experience here altho' an order is on its way. Boba's Bounty, Gorilla Juice and 2 others.

There are several vendors that offer sample packs. You might give them a shot.

Just remember. This is a fun learning experience. The knowledge is cumulative, but then again, the more you know the more you don't know.

BTW there are some excellent people at ECF, and I find that most will bend over backwards to answer your question and to help.

Happy hunting.

Kindhead, I like Boba's Bounty from AVE and Gorilla Juice is my fave -- but i dont think either have a really strong tobacco flavor. To me they taste pretty sweet. Have tried a couple RY4s, didnt like em. Also today got some Vermillion River Kentucky peachwood, To me that is a really nice, rich flavor, not too fruity at all, i can really barely detect any fruit taste.

I haven't seen too many prefilled samplers that appeal to me. Most the samplers I seen, contain dessert flavors (like some kind of pie of something) or fruit flavors. These don't appeal to me. I did get a 5 pack sampler with my first PV order. It was suppose to be a tobacco like sampler. There was a RY4 included, and I thought I would hate it the most. I thought caramel flavor? Gross!!! But it turned out to be my favorite of all of them. I later found out that many major brand analog cigarettes have a little caramel flavor in them. I never had any clue I was smoking caramel flavor. Didn't ever notice it.

Thanks for reminding me of RY4. Would you recommend a good vendor for RY4?

Oh believe me, I know! I love ECF. I have learned so much here. I've only been a member for less than a week I think, and I have absorbed so much information and knowledge here. I wish I would have found ECF before I ordered my first PV. But I am happy with my choice. I started out with a KR808D from Smokeless Image. I ordered a auto battery part of a starter kit for under $30. At first I couldn't figure out why the heck anyone would want a manual battery. Didn't understand why someone would prefer to have to push a button, rather than just simply taking a drag. But now I understand first hand why the manual is better. Since my original order, I have added a few toys to my arsenal. I have some 510 gear including a manual battery. It's great, I totally get it now. I also got a 5V mod kit. I forgot to order the batteries for it on my first order, so I had to place a 2nd order. I got it all put together, and can't wait for my batteries to show up. (tracking info says 12/27, can't hardly wait).

There is so much useful information here at ECF. And so far the members seem great (almost all of them). Glad to be part of the community now. Hope I can do my part and help teach the beginners, and share my knowledge. This new hobby is consuming my life, and I can't complain.

Happy vaping!

Oh, and of course... Merry Christmas to you as well ibytoohi

So, I know you're looking for a tobacco vape, but have you given any thought to a fruit vape? initially the idea sounded terrible to me, and then I had some blueberry cheesecake come across my palate, and I'm all about some creamy fruit vapes. So in case you haven't yet - don't be afraid to think outside the box - there's some great stuff out there!

Honestly it doesn't sound appealing to me at all. Even sounds disgusting, LOL. But hey, I was wrong about the caramel flavoring in RY4, I like RY4. I'd consider maybe getting a sample bottle of something fruity on my next order. Some vendors through in a 3ml sample of the flavor of your choice. But I don't want to order a prefilled sampler pack of all fruity flavors that I might end up hating all of them. But at some point, I know I will end up trying some.

Thanks for the advice. Never hurts to think outside the box.

3 of my favorites are...

V4L.com - No. 7 - tastes similar to 555 but not as strong. Has a light sweetness to it.

and...

ecigexpress.com - Premium Tobacco - a sweet tobacco vape. It's the sweetest one I've come across but not so sweet that it's sickening.

last but not least...

DK-Tab by Dekang and can be found at valleyvapor, rockymountainvapor, madvapes, and quite a few others. It's a dark tobacco with medium sweetness. It's one juice that I have to vape every day and got me where I am today...over a year smokeless.

Hello kindhead

Freedomsmokeusa offers single 3ml samples in almost everything they sell. Try some of their RY4, and RY5. Also, their 555 is not bad either. For sweeter, try the Maple Walnut. Throw in a sample of Voo Doo.

I think all of those are in their "Specialty Tobacco" section.

Their samples are $2.25, but shipping is gonna be $5.00 no matter how much you order. Might as well get 10 or more to make it worth while.

I hope to be able to say the samething in one year. I look forward to saying I've been smokeless for over a year, and even much longer!

Try spearmint... i know i know its not tobacco, and its NOT menthol... trust me just try it!!!

Hmm, I might pass on that type of flavor. I never did care for anything spearmint flavored. If I get it for free as a sample, or someone sends it to me, I would always try any juice. I just wouldn't pay for a flavor that I'm 99.9% sure that I wouldn't like. Thanks for the tip though (and if you want to send me a small sample, I'll give any juice a try).

This thread is making buy the sample sizes from vermillion river! Im getting kentucky premium/kentucky vanilla/and minnesota menthol :)

Kind im in the same boat as you but all the tobacco liquids ive tried taste like wet ashtray

Let us know if you come up with something you like!

I'm looking for something with a vanilla or french vanilla taste. And I'll definitely keep you all in the loop when I find flavors I enjoy.

Honey flavor sounds promising. Not to big a fan of hazlenut flavoring. My ex used to drink hazlenut coffee, and the aroma alone would make me gag.

myfreedomsmokes.com has great tobacco flavors. I use the camel in all VG as my all day vape. The fruity stuff is nice to use on occasion but I have to have my tobacco flavor to get me through the day.

Thanks for the tip!
