What does the industry use as a sweetner? I assume its not sugar since it would gum up the coils quickly. I cant have sugar and I have noticed that the current selection of juices are sweet as can be!
Since I switched to 70/30 I've been adding 5-6% Cotton Candy to my unflavored to replace the little bit of sweetness from the vg I lost.
Any idea what percent EM I should use instead of the CC?

You should be able to substitute if straight across as Cotton Candy is EM. EM is not normally a sweetener used by itself as it is used to bring out the sweetness of other ingredients in juice and add a mouth feel to the juice in low percentages like .5 % to 2%. EM will also mute some flavors. But in general 8% to 10% (a large amount) will taste similar to cotton candy.
Lmao! I saw you added cotton candy, and all i could visualize was a wand of blue/pink cotton candy and little bits being torn off and added to the juice.
I use sucralose (Splenda). I can't give you an exact percentage, but I fill a 30ml bottle about 1/5 full of granular sucralose and fill the remainder of the bottle w/distilled water and use it in the 1-4% range as a sweetener in my DIY liquids. Works well and doesn't seem to gunk coils noticeably for me.

I have not used it and never will as I don't often use sweetener when mixing juice. But some use liquid stevia diluted in pg for a sweetener. I would guess it would be extremely sweet.
