Been vapp'n about a week not on a 901. Loved the experience, but the drop off in vapor volumn then the short life of the battery didn't work for me. I order the e-pipe DSE 601, got it yesterday, charged up the first battery and started vapp'n it this morning.

WOW! Love it Love it Love it!!!!!!!!!!

Little hard to draw through, but the consistent vapor volumn is great, no cutt off that I have experienced yet.

I have also ordered a JS and if that is anywhere close to the experience of the 601 I will be in vapp'n heaven.

Did a stupid thing with the first try. The instructions suck! I took the wadding out of the cart not realizing that the white plastic was actually the cart. So I think I suck down that first wadding of e-juice a little faster than necessary. But got it straightened out now and sitll happy.

Ok,
Been suck'n on this 601 since I got it 7-30-2009. Then a bad thing happened.
I got the pipe from The Digital Smoke shop and emailed them the following email this morning, Sunday morning:

"Hi,
Around July 27, 2009 I purchased the DSE-601 pipe from your site. It arrived, well packaged, and I charged the first battery for 12 hours, then started vapping while the second battery charged 12 hours. Love the pipe. Love it.

Sat 8-1-2009, I was vapping at my home desk while on the computer. I set the 601 down on its side and went out to cut the grass. I came back inside and went to my computer and noticed that the red light on the bowl was glowing and the stem was quite warm. I had read about a cleaning cycle and thought the pipe had entered that, so set it aside.

Once the light had gone out I tried to vap and nothing. I thought maybe the battery was drained so waited until this morning, Sunday, when the next battery would be ready after 12 hours. I put the next battery in and nothing. No response at all.

What do you recommend?"

Here is the responce from The Digital Smoke Shope the SAME day on Sunday no less!

"Sounds like the atomizer burnt out. Could have been a cleaning cycle or the air flow switch just go stuck. Send me the bowl of the pipe back, (no battery no mouthpiece) and i'll send you a new one.
Best Regards,
The Digital Smoke Shop"

As a small business owner myself, I can tell you that is the best customer service I have ever experienced. The folks at The Digital Smoke Shop need to VERY proud of themselves!!! I can absolutely assure you that whatever e-cig needs I have in the future, The Digital Smoke Shop will be the first place I shop.:D

Great Job!!!!!!

I am also using the D6E 601 and it is so much better than e-cigarettes. I was so tired of re-charging the e-cigs and not getting good vapor until it charged for at least 2 hours. The pipe lasts me all day and I charge it at night. I have experimented with different juices and I am waiting for JohnsonCreek to come out with a VG instead of the present PG or low PG. Many people have said that the PG irritates their throat. The VG is supposed to vapor just as well with out irritation. JohnsonCreek said that they will have VG soon.

I love that story!

I got a bad atomizer in my first PV ever -- M401. It never worked at all. I wrote the company and they said "sorry... you can certainly buy a new one from us."

I didn't take them up on their offer.

Second PV I bought -- DSE 901 -- I bought an extra atomizer along with the starter kit. The atomizer in the starter kit was also bunk... dead... nothing, not ever... and I wrote the company, a different one, and they said "Sorry to hear that. You can buy another one from us."

I didn't take them up on their offer either.

You made a good choice.

: )
