and you have the SXI not the SXI Q and atomizer off and pressed connect with link on correct.

I could be mistaken.. It may have been a different version of sxi Q that I used both times... I don't remember now that I think about it... Do you have a link to the regular sxi?

Just went and looked and it is but it was the only SXi setup I could find. OK and send a PM to QuantumMech and tell him the problem you are having. He very well could talk you through it. I know there is a certain file that has to be added to the setup to make it work with win10. They don't make it easy like joyetech. Also might take a day for an answer he is in the UK
