I've been loving my SX Mini M-Class, but it just started acting up, as the power is fluctuating all over the place. This is happening in TC mode as well as non-TC mode. At first I thought it could be a bad battery, but I've used several brand new ones (LG HE4, HE3, Purple Efest) and the problem won't go away. It's almost like the power from the chip is "fluttering" and going on and off in very short bursts. Has anybody else experienced this? I love this mod and have never had an issue with it until yesterday. *edit: I've even tried to re-flash the firmware, to no avail (running v2.2).

UPDATE: Problem solved. I downloaded the original firmware (v1.4) and then re-downloaded the upgraded firmware (v2.2) and now it's working like a champ again. I don't know why this would happen, but all I care about is that it works again! Perhaps this may help somebody that may experience this in the future.

Phew is right! I was bumming big time, as I didn't want to send it to China for repair, and I'm not even sure how long the warranty is. It took a bit of "trial and error", but it paid off in the long run. 3 hours of frustration is less expensive than a replacement! :)
