SX Mini M (Dry Coil, No Liquid) Bug?

Hello everyone! This is something I am sure has been asked around before and I do apologize as I see the search button up there (had way to many results to sift through), I figured this would be a great way to find anyone who might be able to solve this. I have only built 2 Ni200 coils so far (lemo drops) and each one has resulted in my device yelling this at me. I would understand if I was continually chain vaping it might scream this at me, but this isn't the case. Some background on the coil if you would like. First was .069 locked in, with in 10 or so pulls it would say the dry coil until I would relock in another ohm setting. Second coil exact same results with a higher ohm build .1ish. To answer any obvious questions that may come, pretty basic wicking on both with light coming through the juice hole. I even would drop some liquid on the coil itself to see if it would fire. I will take any and all comments with grace and gratitude.

I've found that the trickiest part with TC is the wicking. It has to be perfect. If it's not supplying enough wick to the coil, the temperature quickly gets too hot making it think there isn't any juice to vaporize. Factor in you have the Lemo, one of the hardest RDA's to wick correctly, and you have to have everything perfect.

If you let it sit for like 10 minutes after, does it still say it? When you dripped liquid directly on the coil, it did the same thing?

Yes, I have let it sit for awhile. Was actually the first thing I tried, including dropping directly onto the coil from the top and doing primer puffs. I assume when you are talking about wicking you mean more the density of cotton inside the coil, correct? That is something I haven't tried to change yet, I still do exactly the same thing I do for kanthal builds density wise. When this tank is empty enough I'll rewick with either less or more cotton (depending on how you respond to this) next to see if that changes things. After the initial post I haven't had it pop up the dry coil thing since. Would the coil being worn in vs brand new play any role into this?
