SX350 Chip/Board Dimensions

I've searched the net and these forums but I cannot find the info I seek. I am wondering if anyone could please tell me the dimensions of the YiHi SX350 chip. I have an idea for a box I'm looking to build but I need to make sure the chip assembly is going to fit into it first. Thanks everyone.
