I am in my 2nd week of vaping and 4th day cold turkey on cigs. Today, from morning till now i had running nose and sneezing all the time. Now, i have hayfever ( similar to asthma allergy ). I am wondering is this quitters flu or a reaction/allergy to PG. Read on the forum that PG can be a irritant. Any advise

Read up on the symptoms of PG allergy and see if >50% correlates with what you're experiencing.

Tomorrow will be 2 week since my last real cig.

For the past few days, I've been feeling like complete crap. Which I first attributed to the fact that people around me had flu-like symptoms, so I just figured I caught it.

Then, someone mentioned the "quitter's flu", and that seems to make more sense. Since none of the medicines I've been taking (just Nyquil and Advil), seem to work at all.

I've had no desire to even vape at all, but have taken a few puffs over the past couple days (which tasted really bad, even though it's my favorite juice, my mouth and throat are just so sore that nothing tastes good right now). This might be what kicks me away from nicotine altogether.
