I thought I'd give using a syringe a try when my order gets here (VA). I just walked up to the pharmacy at cvs and asked for a syringe. they asked what for and i said to refill this (pointing at my carto). then they asked what kind, i said 25gauge (didnt know what that meant but somewhere on the forums said to ask for it like you know what you're talking about). Pharmacist went into the back, got me one and let me have it for free. It was disturbingly easy lol

Haha, don't be disturbed. Trust me, your pharmacist is no dummy. By the way, many are willing to give away the ones without needles for measuring (if you get into DIY juice making). I got this awesome, tiny little syringe from mine, along with a couple of big ones.

I asked if I could buy some first, and they just gave me a couple. Twice.

Yep. Another problem with the finer needles, is that the point is so delicate that it's really easy to get a "barb". That's when a tiny piece at the very tip of the needle gets bent backwards. It's so small it's hard to see without a magnifying glass, but it will snag on filler material and pull on it like a little fish hook. Not really a catastrophe, but it can be annoying, especially while filling carts. You stick it in there, fill the cart, then the filler comes out with the needle. Argh! Juice on the table and your fingers instead of being vaped.

I found that you can go onto e-bay, and order syringes that were designed to re-fill printer cartridges.

They do not have a sharp point on them.
They are basically clipped flat, and open to the end.

Nice thing is I don't have to worry about accidently sticking myself.

Plus they hold about 10 ML, so I can do a bunch of carts.
