Keep in mind, these are ce2 v4 cartomizers and don't last forever... They have to be cleaned and dried every few fills. But they work great and a 4.5 ml fill can last all day... You fill them the same way as a regular size carto (with a needle), or you can take the plug out and pour juice down the side, just make sure to realign the slots for the cup/wicks as you reinsert the plug... cleaning is fairly easy, I just let them soak in hot water a few hours then let them dry for about 2 days (rotating three should be easy to keep one going at all times), then dry burn for about 8 seconds 3-4 times then refill and go. I have used them for a month before pulling them out and putting a new ce2 in the syringe mod, it is reusable.
