just out of curiousity to everyone who has them, where did you get them? i went to walmarts pharmacy to get one and they would let me have the syringe for free but wouldnt let me get a needle without a prescription. i tried to tell them it was for my eliquid but my g.f. says they probably thought i was going to use it for drugs or something. any help is appreciated!

Why use a syringe? Check ebay for "2 dram dropper". It's an 8ml bottle that's the perfect travel size, easy to hold onto, dropper is very slim and accurate to use for refilling carts or dripping. I got 12 for $12 w/free shipping.

Alot of people prefer syringes for mixing their own liquid, because it allows more precise measurement then "drops".

Others use it to push liquid into carts, to fill from the bottom without having to remove the stuffing.

DJgoo, you say 15ga was too small?? i was going to say, i found some on amazon, got like 50 blunt tip (wont stab you!) 15ga tips and a handful of empty syringes, i believe from "CML supplies" or something like that. industrial parts, not medical.

i haven't yet used them, but i will say yes, that typical 18ga or 20ga needle medical syringes are too small to effectively suck up viscous liquid.

I use a 16ga. The higher the number the smaller the needle. Don't go over a 18ga. The little needles won't draw the eliquid cause it's too thick. The feed store sells them for a quarter a piece. They work great for filling carts. Plus if you over fill you can quickly draw it back out and not waste any. They work the best on the penstyle carts that are bigger and deeper.

just another 2c here, i tried pharmacies here in Tulsa, and no one would sell to me without a prescription for somethign related, like, insulin, etc. so it may be a regional or state thing that some sell, some don't.

plus we don't sell cold medicine to people under 18. well, the stuff you make "bad stuff" with, something-phedrine? whatever? hah. nevermind, i don't remember the name, i'm sure someone knows what i'm talking about. :)
