I haven't ordered from them directly Jazz, though I did pick up some samples from them
at Vapefest this year . . . Jack the Ripple was lush.
Haven't heard any negatives, so I'd think their service is on a par with other good Vendors.
There's a couple of UK Vendors who also stock their eliquid, Ecigsforyou and Britvapes.

Thanks,I ordered jack the ripple 3 days ago but the order saying its processing.just wondered if that was normal.
Don't worry it would be normal process,It just takes few days to get processed and it would be delivered soon at your place.
I emailed and they replied straight away,it was sent out yesterday but their website isn't working properly and will always say processing.hopefully I should get it by tomorrow
